You are responsible for managing about 10 CNC operators
You draw up the personnel planning based on the activities and priorities
You make appropriate work preparations together with the Project Manager
You work closely with Engineering for specific customised work
You check the quality of the products and make any necessary corrections
You also think proactively about process improvements and work with colleagues to ensure efficiency and quality.
Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
You have experience in managing a team
You have very good practical knowledge of metal constructions, mechanics, welding techniques and steel types
