We are currently looking for an Azure Dev Ops Specialist for one of our clients in the insurance sector .

Your Responsibilities

Azure Dev Ops Platform Management Take ownership of the Azure Dev Ops platform across the organization. Redesign and enhance governance and security models to ensure compliance and efficiency. Manage and maintain standardized YAML templates for consistent build and release pipelines. Automate operational procedures and maintenance tasks using. NET. Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance through continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Coaching Collaborate with architects and software engineers to align on technical solutions and standards. Support and coach development teams in adopting Azure Dev Ops best practices. Provide documentation, training, and hands-on assistance to internal stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement Transition the Azure Dev Ops security model to a more granular and flexible approach. Improve CI/CD processes, templates, and automation pipelines. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and Azure Dev Ops evolutions.

Your Profile

Experience & Knowledge Minimum 3 years of experience managing Azure Dev Ops environments. Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Expertise in: Azure Dev Ops YAML templating Security governance C# development Technical documentation REST API development (JSON, Swagger, etc.) Azure Dev Ops REST API

Preferable Experience . NET 10 and. NET application architecture Azure stack and cloud environments Node.js or Power Shell scripting Azure Dev Ops customization (Custom Build/Release tasks) SAST / DAST integration

Soft Skills Strong leadership and delegation abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Pragmatic, proactive, and flexible mindset. Passionate about new technologies and continuous improvement. Capable of coaching and supporting developers.

Languages: English: professional level Dutch or French: fluent in one, basic knowledge of the other
