We are working with a leading financial services organisation who are strengthening their Core Banking Technology landscape. They require a Systems Administrator (IBMi Platform) to join them on a long-term assignment. This role will focus on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of their IBMi environment supporting critical banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain IBMi systems to ensure optimal uptime and performance. Support CI/CD processes using Arcad or similar tools within the IBMi environment. Develop and maintain RPG, CL, and SQL scripts for automation and system management. Manage DB2 databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. Implement and oversee security architecture within IBMi, including user access and compliance controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Technical Specialist on IBMi (AS/400) systems. Strong understanding of RPG and CI/CD (Arcad or equivalent). Solid knowledge of CL, SQL, and DB2 within IBMi environments. Experience with IBMi security architecture and related compliance frameworks. Strong problem-solving and communication skills with experience in enterprise-scale systems.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6 Month Contract - Option to Extend Hybrid working (1/2 days per week onsite) – x2 location options (Brussels, Belgium or Brno, Czechia)
