About Quintem

Quintem supports growing companies in strategic recruitment, team structuring and leadership development.

The ambition is not to build a traditional recruitment agency, but a boutique firm combining Executive Search, Talent Advisory, Leadership and organisational topics.

Quintem is currently looking for a Head of Growth to join the project. The Role

The Head of Growth will play a key role in the development of Quintem by generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, developing partnerships, increasing the visibility of the company and contributing to the overall growth strategy.

Recruitment projects are often the entry point with clients, but the objective is to build long-term relationships and develop broader projects related to team structuring, leadership and organisation.

This role is entrepreneurial and strategic rather than a traditional sales role. Main Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and approach target companies
Develop relationships with CEOs, founders, CFOs, HR Directors and Sales Directors
Generate recruitment mandates and new business opportunities
Develop long-term client relationships
Identify additional needs and opportunities within client organisations

Client Relationship

Maintain and develop client relationships over time
Understand organisations, teams and business challenges
Contribute to making Quintem a long-term partner for clients

Marketing & Visibility

Contribute to Quintem's visibility and positioning on the market
Define content and visibility initiatives (Linked In, events, network)
Contribute to brand positioning and communication

Partnerships

Develop strategic partnerships with complementary firms and networks
Build an ecosystem generating opportunities and visibility

Growth Strategy

Bring market insights and feedback
Contribute to defining the positioning, offers and growth strategy of Quintem Profile

The ideal profile would include:

Experience in business development, consulting, recruitment, executive search or professional services
Ability to develop business and build strong client relationships
Strong network and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking and business understanding
Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in organisation, leadership and business topics

Languages

French and English – bilingual level required
Dutch or German is a strong plus Contract & Compensation

This role is a freelance / independent contractor role based on a performance-driven compensation model rather than a fixed salary.

Compensation is linked to business generated and results, with significant upside potential. Long-term opportunity

Quintem is at an early stage and aims to build a boutique firm with a limited number of senior profiles working in a partnership model.

Depending on the development of the business and your contribution to the growth of the company, there is a potential path towards a Partner role and participation in the shareholding of the company in the medium term.
